
Managing HR Paperwork
At the heart of every HR process is paper. Whether it's the employee contract, signed review form, sick note or grievance document, it may need to be signed, escalated, routed or retrieved. Furthermore, a raft of legislation imposes strict retention obligations which results in all documents being retained 'just in case'. Putting HR documents in a Windows folder is simply not enough for compliance nor sufficiently fast for easy retrieval of content.
We would like to invite you to participate in an informative workshop focused on how you can automate these paper processes to reduce costs, dramatically improve retrieval times and ensure that compliance obligations are met.
